With SIGN8, you can sign your documents quickly and securely.
As an eIDAS-compliant Trust Service Provider, we offer three types of signatures:
Simple signature (SES) The simplest form of e-signature for documents without legal or contractual written form requirements and low risk.
Advanced signature (AES) Suitable for business documents without formal written form requirements such as purchase, company or copyright agreements. Authentication via SMS.
Qualified signature (QES) Used for legal or contractual written form requirements. Highest security level through e-Ident procedure. Necessary for special contracts and public procurement procedures.

Your options for signing
If you would like to sign one or more documents yourself, you have two options with us:
- The Quick Sign function of our SIGN8 app: If you are looking for a flexible solution that allows you to sign remotely and create workflows yourself.
- USB-token: If you need a local and always usable solution that allows you to sign documents even without an internet connection.
