The simple signature is characterised by the fact that it does not require authentication of the recipient and therefore offers the lowest level of security. The following describes how to proceed after receiving an invitation for a simple signature.
Step 1: You will receive an email from us as soon as you are part of a signature or sealing process, called a workflow in SIGN8. In this email you will find general information about the workflow as well as a button and an alternative link that will take you to our website.
Step 3 : After clicking on the link, you will be taken to our page where you can sign the documents. You do not need an account for this. Simply confirm the terms and conditions and privacy policy and continue:
If the initiator of the workflow has specified a password, you must enter this when logging in.
Step 4 : You will then be taken to an overview page where you can view all the information about the signature process. In the top line you can see the individual steps. Please check your personal information in particular.
Step 6: You can view the document on the next page. As soon as several documents are stored, a list will be displayed. In this case, you must have viewed each document once before you can continue. Check the documents as usual. As soon as you want to sign them, click on the ‘Release’ button in the bottom right-hand corner.
Step 8: Finally, you receive all signed data within the workflow. We also provide you with an audit report containing information about the workflow.
