With SIGN8, you can send your documents quickly and securely to third parties for signing.
As an eIDAS-compliant Trust Service Provider, we offer three types of signatures:
- Simple signature (SES) The simplest form of e-signature for documents without legal or contractual written form requirements and low risk.
- Advanced signature (AES) Suitable for business documents without formal written form requirements such as purchase, company or copyright agreements. Authentication via SMS.
- Qualified signature (QES) Used for legal or contractual written form requirements. It is considered the most secure form of e-signature and is equated with the handwritten signature in accordance with Article 25 of the eIDAS Regulation. The QES may only be issued by qualified trust service providers, e.g. SIGN8. The QES is required for special contracts such as employee leasing agreements, consumer loan agreements and public procurement procedures.
