Passkey

To use Passkey, you must first register a Passkey. The passkey is then used for authentication as follows.

Authentication procedure

Step 1: Select a passkey: You can store multiple passkeys in your OAuth account. You will be asked which of these passkeys you want to use. Please note that the passkeys are device specific.

Step 2: After selecting the passkey, your operating system will display a pop-up asking for authentication. This authentication depends on your device and settings and can be a code, Windows Hello or FaceID.



Step 3: If authentication is successful, you will need to wait a moment. If you have successfully authenticated, you will be redirected.

If you loose the Passkey it is technical impoosible to recover the Passkey. Therefore you need to create a new Passkey.
