Forgot certificate password
Have you forgotten your certificate password? No problem. You can reset your password in just a few steps. Read on to see how it works.
Reset certificate password
Step 1: Open the page https://signing.sign8.eu/certmanager, enter your e-mail address and click on ‘Continue’.
Step 2: You will receive a one-time code to the e-mail address you provided. Enter this 6-digit code and click on ‘Continue’.
Step 3: Search for and delete the corresponding qualified certificate by clicking on the rubbish bin icon.
Step 4: You will now receive a unique SMS token. Confirm the process by entering the code sent to you in the corresponding window and click on ‘Next’.
Done!
Now you just need to restart the signature process and identify yourself again.
