Create a SIGN8 Account (Create Organization)

If your company does not yet have a SIGN8 account, you must first register with us in order to be able to make signatures.

Select a suitable tariff

Step 1: Visit our homepage at the following link and select your suitable tariff. You can choose between the monthly and annual cancellation options. 

Step 2: Then click on "Start for free" under your selected tariff.

Registration

Step 3: You will now be taken to the order process.

The following fields are mandatory for registration:

  1. First name 
  2. Surname 
  3. E-Mail adress 
  4. Password 
  5. Language

All other fields are optional. For advanced signatures and seals as well as for qualified signatures and seals, a telephone number is required. However, this information can also be subsequently stored in the profile.

All users within an organisation are automatically stored in the contact book.

Start

Step 4: Once you have successfully created your organisation, the test period starts. During this time, there are no costs for simple and advanced signatures. If you require a qualified service (qualified electronic signature or qualified seal), you will be taken to the chargeable part of your subscription.
