With SIGN8, our customers can identify their own employees on-site and in person. An active licence is required to become a SIGN8 ID Agency. The whole process is free of charge.

Steps to become an identity agency

1. Request a licence

1. Log in to our WebApp.
2. Navigate to the Administration section.
3. Click on Apply for Identity Agency.
   

2. Complete the application form

1. Complete the application form.

2. Submit the processing form.

3. Sign the contract

1. Once we have checked your details, we will send you the contract to sign.
2. Sign the contract and return it to us.

4. Access to the SIGN8 ID app

1. After signing the contract, you will have access to the SIGN8 ID App.
2. Download the app to the device of your choice.

5. 5. Complete training

1. Take part in a short training.
2. During the training you will learn:
   • How to identify a person in the field.
   • The steps and requirements to follow.

6. Perform identification

1. Use the SIGN8 ID application to identify remote and local signing products.
2. For each successful identification, a qualified certificate is issued with a validity of 5 years.
