The All workflows tab gives you an overview of all the workflows you have started and you can also perform the corresponding actions there.
Call up my workflows
Step 1: In your SIGN8 account, call up the "My workflows" area on the left-hand navigation bar.
Step 2: By clicking on the left arrow in the table row, you can see further details on the selected workflow. This includes the status of the signatories. A workflow is only considered successfully completed when all signatories have signed.
Step 3: On the right-hand side of the table row, you can download the current files, send reminders or cancel the workflow. Reminders are only available if the workflow is still active. If you cancel a running workflow, all running participants will be informed.
