You can add new contacts within your SIGN8 account at any time.
Step 1: Within your SIGN8 account, go to "Contacts" on the left navigation bar and click on "Add contact"
Step 2: When creating contacts, you should pay particular attention to the following fields:
- Visibility: Private contacts are only visible to you. If the visibility is set to "Company", all users of your SIGN8 organisation can see this contact. However, these people cannot see the contact's telephone number and they cannot edit it.
- Mobile number: From the advanced level, a telephone or mobile number is required. We need this for two-factor authentication.
First name, surname and email are mandatory fields and must always be entered. Company and job title are optional fields.
